We have no idea what interaction took place between Vince and Intro. I bought a set of wheels from Vince. Granted the turn around was long but I can honestly say that Vince did what he could to accommodate me. The first set was cut wrong and wouldn't fit over my stock calipers. Personally I don't think this is his fault. He just sells the wheels not manufacturers them. He was forced to sell that set to an A4 customer and build me a new set with the proper clearances. The other issue is the powder coating as mentioned before. You should never weld anything specially aluminum if the surface is dirty let alone painted. This was brought to Vince's attention and he did what he could to somewhat inspect the wheels before sending them out. Keep in mind he had some peoples money and orders for a long time. Holding these wheels for better quality only made a bad situation worse. Personally I am happy with my wheels. I like the looks of them and the price I paid. They performed for me very well.
