A6 C7 2016 Coolant regulator problem

Default A6 C7 2016 Coolant regulator problem

Help Plz !!! My A6, 2016, 30K Km having a coolant Temp regulation problem,

In fact, after the replacement of a new the regulator 06L 121111 H due to the leakage, the regulator becomes in the closing position all the time ( no water circulation ) => the coolant temp will raise
The Dealer checked all the input signal, wiring, sockets, sensors, and fun regulator ... even they replaced the ECU, but still the same problem + the fan kept running

Does anyone have an idea about this hell problem?

Apparently you have 2.0T model: Thermostat 06L121111H was superceded by 06L121111J

The fans could be on continuous due to a stuck relay or they may be an issue with the temperature sensor.

Thanks for the answer, the engine is a 1.8 tfsi model, the same system as the 2.0 as I guess...
The cooling thermostat 06L121111 has been changed two times in order to double check the problem reason ... same result!
To use my car, while finding a solution, I use to keep the thermostat in opening position ( Just removing the socket during the air purging process, when all the valves are opened)
Regarding the fans, initially they will be OFF, but when it started, it will never stop even when the temp is about 60 deg.

The dealer checked the relay, and the two temp sensors ... is there any other ECM input signal which can cause this matter ? Is there any risk to use my car with cold coolant (60-70 deg) for the engine or the automatic gear?
NOTE: nothing appeared as a fault with the diagnosis system
