Hi folks-
I have a 2014 S6 that I've owned for about a month now. I've been reading the forums since then and have learned quite a bit. I've had Mercedes AMG cars for the past 7 years and just made the change to Audi. I love this car so far and glad I made the move! I just wanted to say hello to everyone and I'm excited to be here.

I'm looking to potentially do Opti Coat as well as maybe some front end protection from Xpel. I'm also interested in a new exhaust and maybe an APR tune down the road. I'm going back and forth on the warranty concerns so I think I'll at least wait until I get 5K miles on it before I do it.

Thank you. Black Optics package makes the car, in my opinion. No mirror wrap - 100% factory for now.

Interesting. I've never seen an S6 with mirrors from the factory like that.

With the black optics package the side mirrors are painted the same color as the body.

Haha you're right. I just went back and checked the couple that I know have the black optic package and because they both were quartz gray, the side mirrors appeared to be the brushed aluminum, but upon closer inspection I can see that they are color matched. Learned something new today.

Welcome. I have the black optic package as well. I just received a custom painted rear diffuser I'm going to install soon. Matte black with gloss black trim.
