Audi S6 fog light/adaptive co/ air bumper vents
Hello all,
Since Thursday I am a proud honor of a 2015 S6 with black optic package.
I went to check the car out over a week ago at my local Audi Dealer, the car front bumper was damaged by the previous owner the car dealer told me not to worry about it they already ordered one from Germany and will replace it the Audi was certified used and still smells like a new car so I’m not too worry about it.
But I could swear that when I first looked at it I saw two holes at the bottom of the bumper at first I thought they might have been bumper air vents but after looking online I found that it can also be fog lights or Adaptive cruise control. Anyway bumper was replaced and holes are gone, I spoke to the salesman at the dealer and they don't remember or they just wanted to cheaply replace the bumper. Anyway I am almost sure my car doesn’t have adaptive cruise control. Is there method to determine what those holes were before I check myself into a mental institute lol… Thanks

For 2015 if it had what looks like round fog lights in the lower grilles those are the radar for the adaptive cruise. If they removed them you would have a myriad of faults for adaptive cruise. Does your cruise control work at all?

If you have ACC (adaptive cruise control) you should have a distance selector on top of your cruise control stalk behind the steering wheel. On cars without ACC the stalk doesn't have distance selector, if that's the case then either previous owner had a modded bumper but more likely you should have your eyes checked lol
