I ordered a custom painted matte black diffuser with gloss black trim. Now I have to decide on the exhaust. I wonder if the new Milltek comes with the valve delete or if it's better to go with AWE and order the Milltek valve delete separately. I kind of want to support Milltek for coming out with this solution first.

From what I saw, even with the Milltek exhaust, the valve delete modules are sold separately.

You ordered this diffuser from OEM plus? How much was it? When you say gloss black trim, you mean the aluminum strip?

Thanks

Dennis

Hi everyone. New to Audi and new to this forum. Just picked up an 2014 S6 and went with the Milltek non res system. The car has 500 miles on it. While i like the deep roar of the system, I find it to be a tad bit quieter than some of the others (at least on you tube => not heard AWE, MTM live etc).

Does anyone know if Milltek gets louder as more miles get added? Or any recommendations on mods to make it a tad more "aggressive"? Nothing obnoxious, but used to the PSE on 997s so looking for a little more.. Thanks..

Yes, $800 painted including tax and shipping. The trim piece, I didn't know it was aluminum, will be painted gloss black. It's expensive but after I added up cost and hassle of getting it painted myself it wasn't worth saving a few bucks.

current47 - Your Milltek exhaust, it has the front and rear silencers without the center silencer correct? Did you get the valve delete plug?
Any drone or other unwanted side effects? I still haven't pulled the trigger on an exhaust but I'm leaning towards Milltek.

I'm leaning towards Milltek but I'll probably keep thinking about it until I get bored with the car and get something else, lol.
