license plste holder is wrong on my S6

Default license plste holder is wrong on my S6
Has anyone experienced this? My license plate holder screw sockets are 8.5 inches apart, but the standard plate the screw holes are only 7.5 inches apart. I知 not sure what I知 supposec to do here.

You just use self-tapping screws and drill into the bracket. No A6 front brackets have holes for US plates.

I didn稚 want to use self tappers, I wanted something a little more sturdy, so I bought this bar that goes JDM to USDM and it fit perfect.
