Default Lower Control Arm Bushings

I recently took the car in for the steering not feeling as responsive and direct, with some front end lean/sway on sharp turns and an unstable feeling at highway speeds. Dealership did a test drive in auto mode and a visual inspection saying everything was normal with the air suspension and steering. The service tech decided to do another drive in dynamic mode and said he could now feel something. Another inspection with a pry bar and he said the lower control arm bushings need to be replaced.

Is it likely just the lower control arm bushings are causing this problem? I thought it may be the shocks but they said they were not leaking. Car has 84k miles and the upper control arm bushings were replaced not that long ago. Also here are a couple picture of the bushings I took recently. Thanks, Go

Is that the straight or curved lower control arm? I am going to find out tomorrow exactly which bushings they are changing. Based on looking at the suspension diagram it looks like the straight arm takes more force?

They replaced the forward lower control arm bushings (#10 and #11). Corner sway is better now. I was told the trailing arm bushing #15 lasts much longer.

FWIW since you have a 2016 I'm sure you are already updated but they did revise the curved arm somewhere between 2015 (my car) and up.. might be worth checking too. However that symptom was a clunk going over low speed bumps.
These are the new part numbers I had installed in April 2017.

Thanks, Now I noticed the steering wheel is of center. Going back next week to check it out. This is the second time I left the dealership after an alignment and the wheel is not straight.

Steering is now straight. Evidently the tool used to secure the wheel was not locking and allowing movement during alignment.
