Default Massage seat not working?

I just purchased a used 2014 s6 a couple days ago and the day i brought it home the driver's side massage seat started giving me problems. When i try to select one of the massage functions it immediately switches back to the off position. The passenger seat works fine. I looked up the issue on Google and nothing came up. Would anyone know anything of that issue?

Mcable,

2013 Audi A8L just starting doing the exact same thing on the drivers seat only.

Did you have any luck diagnosing the issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Best,
Jorian

Hi Jorian.

I spoke to an Audi dealer about the problem and they said that there is a relay in the seat that regulates air pressure that would need to be replaced. It also controls the lumbar and the side bolsters. If there is a fault in the system, it won't work. They quoted me around $900 for the part plus labor. I still haven't had it fixed.

Do you still have this quote around with the parts numbers?

Any help would be spectacular!

OP has not been on the forum in over 2 years. You may want to contact your dealer for the part number.
