Yesterday I started my 2013 S6 and MMI screen failed to raise. I pressed the button to raise screen and it raised, but slow to load radio info. Then, sound cuts in and out. When sound is not active, when I try to adjust sound the screen shows function not available. When sound is not active, I also cannot use Bluetooth Phone or the Park assist camera feature. Several weeks ago I noted that the phone directory is slower to load. Does this sound like a software issue or a hardware issue.

It sounds like an issue under warrantee. Get right to the dealership.
