Default Multiple Faults, Dealer can't replicate

Hey everyone, came here from another forum and hoping someone can point me in the right direction, or rather help me point he dealer in the right direction.

Little background first, I purchased my 2014 S6 in March of this year from an Audi dealership about 300 miles away. A week later I received the following faults:
- TPMS, Tire Pressure System Fault
- Braking Guard Fault
- Air Suspension Fault
- Sport Differential Fault
- Automatic Cruise Control Fault
-Along with a Map sensor check engine light.

I took it to the nearest Audi dealership and they could not replicate the faults, they did see the check engine light, but also I found out my car was tuned. I purchased the car from an Audi dealership and they did not disclose this to me, or tell me the car was already flagged as TD1. They also sold me an aftermarket warranty.

They reflashed the car to stock on my dime, and found a coolant leak they fixed.

I took the car back and drove it, seemed fine until about 500 miles later when all the faults showed back up. At this time I had purchased Vagcom and read the faults, and was able to clear them. Car was fine again, until 500ish miles later. Same story. I clear them about 2 more times and had enough after I also see a motor mount fault. I tested the motor mount in VCDS and sure enough one of them is bad.

Dealer replaces motor mount, but again can't see the other faults. Motor mount is fixed so I take the car back last Tuesday. Last Sunday the faults all show up again. Monday morning I take the car back to the dealership, on the way, the faults show up. They read the car with their scanner once I get there, but can't see the faults, only see a Map Sensor no signal fault.

I even had their head mechanic take the car home and see if he can get the faults to come back, and they can't. Their recommendation is to replace the ECM, which I need to pay for since there is no fault showing to replace the ECM and the dealer doesn't want the warranty company to question why they are replacing it and find out it's TD1.

As my first Audi, this has been a horrible experience and I have no idea how to actually fix this issue. It's been to the dealership 3 times for the same issue, that they can't see so they can't fix it, yet I can read the faults with Vagcom, and I've even showed the service manager the faults on my laptop.

Electrical gremlins are the worst. One easy thing to eliminate as a cause is the Battery. Is it the original? If so, that might be an easy fix. Or seeing that a lot of those sensor faults (not all) are at the bottom of the car, was it a victim of a flood? You got a tough one there.

Sorry for your troubles. Strange they cannot see the faults that you see. Can you post the faults here it might help someone to diagnose a bit?
Best option I can think of it take it to another dealership although it sounds like that might be an issue for you if the only one you have is the one 300 miles away...
Also, what coolant leak did they fix specifically? Was it a sensor or connector to the transmission that got soaked with coolant?

I was thinking and hoping it was the battery after some searching, seemed when batteries are going out they can cause all kinds of issues. I had the dealer test the battery yesterday and they said it was fine. According to the service records the battery was replaced last August. The car sat on the selling dealers lot for about 6 months before I bought it. I looked at the full service history at the dealer that the car is at for repairs, wish I would have known this before I bought it.

I may try taking it to another dealership, I have a different Audi dealership about 60 miles from where I live, issue will be trying to get back home or picked up after I drop it off. I have some of the faults posted over on Audizine, I'll post them here as well.
The coolant leak they fixed sounded like it was under the engine or at least the lower part. I never noticed it because it was dripping on the pan under the engine. Keep in mind this was about 2 weeks after I bought the car.

Here are the last logs I saved back in June. These faults always show up. The motor mount has since been fixed.

It looks like a lot of those faults are just cascading faults because of the ECU/Engine faults.
The main one being the one both you and the dealer already see. The MAP sensor fault. Perhaps their system does not indicate when there are any cascading faults.
So maybe there is a glimmer of hope since they are going to replace the map sensors.

The other fault "5649 - ROD - Unknown Error Code " is an odd one.
The only comment I can make is that your ECU HW p/n seems to be from a 2013 "4G0 906 014 B"...Your 2014 should be like my 2015 "4G0 906 014 E". (Perhaps yours is an early build 2014?) But it is still strange. Especially since there is no WSC.

Part No SW: 4G0 906 014 B HW: 4H0 906 014
Component: 4.0l V8TFSI / H62 0002
Revision: NCH62---
Coding: 0A2500326546000E1000
Shop #: WSC 00000 000 00000

If the dealer flashed you back to stock their WSC should be entered into the ECU... Perhaps someone replaced the ECU with one from a 2013 before you got it? It would be an arduous process for sure, but not impossible.
Anyway you should try asking if there are any stock ECU updates that can be applied. Mine is on H62 0006, while yours indicates H62 0002 but I am not sure if those revisions carry over between different ECU box codes.
Another reason I mention this is because your TCU does appear to be up to date as the part number matches mine and you are at the latest rev H02 0007 so it would only be logical that they would update the ECU too.

Or maybe ask them what is the part number of the ECU they want to replace with...if it is "E" then it sure does sound as if someone swapped in a 2013 box since the ECU's are not superseded parts.
Better yet go to their parts dept give them your vin and ask for the part number for the ECU, see what it is, and if it doesn't match then maybe bring that up to the service guys.

Could it be bad connections or water got in the connections at some point and caused the issues? The issues all started the day after I took the car through the first car wash when I got it, well 6 days after I got it. The next day all of the faults showed up, and have come back ever since.

Now that is interesting...Not sure why it would have a 2013 ECU in it, even doing a google search of that number brings up 2013 Audi ECU. I'll ask the dealership about this when they call me today, maybe they can replace that or do something under warranty, just hoping at this point to not have to spend a lot of out of pocket money to fix the car since I did purchase the warranty.

One thing I'd add that just came to mind, Is I remember when going through the service history, one of the first items the first owner had done was replace the transmission. I don't have the records on me so I can't see the date or part number associated with it, but maybe the car was an early 2014 and thats why the TCU matches your 2015?
