Ticking noise from front tire when turning left
I just bought a used 2013 S6 and love it! But recently when I turn left you can hear a fairly loud ticking noice from the front right tire area? Its only when I turn left. I am just trying to figure out what it might be before I take it to the dealership and pay out of my a**. I know its not a rock in the tire etc. Anyone ever dealt with this annoying noise and if so what it ended up being? THANKS!

Could be wheel bearing. I had that problem with my TT and it only happened when turning one direction. I went for a test drive with one of the dealer techs and he diagnosed it right away.

CV joint could be failing as well. Turning left puts stress on the right side inducing the ticking sound. Put the right front on a jack stand a grab the top and bottom of the wheel and try to rock it back and forth at the 12 and 6 o’clock positions. If you feel movement it is most likely wheel bearing.
