Thank you all for the tips. I was able to swap the tires out buy putting a 2x4 on the inside of the tire resting on the ground. Wail away with a hammer and it popped off.
And yes, moving is the solution. I agree with that.

Gents as a side note: if any of you decide to use your favorite penetrating oils or anti seize on the hub please resist the urge to use excess amounts on the lug bolts (studs on other cars) while doing this. Lugs and studs by design are meant to be tightened dry. So lubrication can lead to excess torque and overtightening. Now this is not such a big deal when doing by hand but major when using impacts. Do yourselves another favor and throw a decent torque wrench in the trunk and set it for a slight bit higher than you car's factory spec for tightness. Secondly if a shop has no torque sticks for their impact guns or doesn't even know what you are talking about don't use them at all.

Correct Lug Socket Size
I see from your post that you have a 17mm impact socket? Is that the correct size for the S6 lugs?
