As I anxiously await my car being picked up by the Hoegh Delhi that is rolling into Emden, I can't help but wonder if the huge diesel debacle may slow down my delivery. I've heard they are holding all 4 cyl diesels at port.

Are they gonna hold the boat if some of the cargo can't be shipped?

I'm hoping they will let the ship run light as I'm sure it already has an schedule lined up.

Thoughts?

When I got mine back in March, there were so many cars at Emden that I missed 6 boats (maybe, 7, can't remember now). Trust me, that ship isn't running light. It MAY run late if they have to unload some cars, but more likely they'll be held at the US port, not Germany.
