Picked up a 2017 S4 and dealer tried to push all the other packages as usual. Got the whee/tire + cosmetic protection ($2,351) and pure protection platinum plus ($1899), since I can always cancel later, and wanted to get your opinions on this.

- I've searched but haven't found any threads on what expected cost is for an S6 (only A4/A5) so the pricing is a bit opaque to me. Any thoughts on what this should cost would be helpful - including if there are other places I can shop for warranty besides the dealership (I emailed the FD warranty guys)
- The dealership told me that the pure protection plat plus ($1899) covers one change of brakes and rotors, wipers, battery, alignment, and belts and hoses. They also said that this isn't contingent on failure and can be done at request - so for example, the month before this protection plan expires, I can drive in and ask them to replace everything with brand new parts (if I haven't already had the part replaced). Would like to confirm this is in fact the case.
- On the tire and wheel protection, I'm a little curious how this works, given that if your tire is mildly worn, it's generally recommended to replace all 4 tires instead of just 1. Also, I know there can be headaches etc. with the fine print and actually getting them to do stuff. What have your experiences been with this, if you have gotten it?
