Audi S4-GASM

Hey guys, have a '13 S6 that I recently purchased and it has a strange and concerning whistling sound that only occurs at high speeds (entering triple digits). This sounds does not occur under full load/boost situations if the speed is not into the triple digits. Things I have verified so far are that the clamps on the charge pipes from the turbos to the throttle body are tight and I have tried removing the fuse for the Soundaktor, both to no avail. I do not have the common hiss, screech, squeeling at idle, this only occurs at speed. Attached is an audio file ... the sound appears to originate from the windshield/dashboard area, though it is difficult to pinpoint. Any ideas? Thanks in advance guys!

Thanks for that info! I have luckily had all of that replaced within the last few months, so I'm good there. It appears to be speed and not boost related upon further inspection. The Audi tech seems to guess that it could be the aftermarket windshield because he says they are picky with the seals around them, but visually I don't see any issue that would cause that. The noise is not every time but definitely fairly frequent when at high speeds like 105+. Any other ideas?

Did you ever figure out what it was man??? My b8 s4 is doing the same thing and i don't like it. Lol please reply
