Quick question, can someone check their 2014 S6 (likely any C7) and see if their driver door handle looks like this? I recently noticed and it seem odd to me. The handle portion has paint that curves slightly around it, with chrome on top. The locking portion of the handle has chrome that curves slightly around the similar curve... A picture with worth a thousand words!

If the question is whether the standard door handle has chrome, the answer is yes.

My 13 and 14 S6's had chrome. My 16 does not.

I guess the black optics package deletes the chrome door handles.

It didnt on my 14 but it did on my 16.

If the handle has chrome, it looks like that. The outer edges of the two chrome pieces do not line up.

On my '15 the chrome lines up across both pieces.

Ahhh, I totally get it now.

Ok, I just walked around all the A6's and A7's in my showroom and all of them have the silver lining up around each door handle. Your's looks off.

Interesting, is it possible that the 14's were like that and the 15's and 16's have it lined up? Could I have a 13 lock and 14 handle or a lock off of a A6 or something?
