2018 S7 Order Guide Out
#2
I'm kind of surprised anyone is placing orders for new S7, and not looking at late model used ones.
With the model refresh schedules for MY19, plus the new A9 scheduled for release in 2018, I'd be inclined to wait for a while to see what's coming.
Having said that, the S7 is an awesome car! What spec did you go for?

I understand your concern....
I don't dislike the new S/RS5 model, but the move of the RS5 to the new V6 power plant will take a little getting used to.
Audi have not yet announced what the engine specification will be for the S7 and RS7. With the 7 series being a premium model over the 5, I would be very surprised (and disappointed) if the S7 and RS7 both end up with the same power plant as the 5 series.
Traditionally the higher up the value chain you move, the more unique/powerful the drivetrain becomes.
