The OE front rotors have curved cooling veins but they are identical. Meaning they go against the conventional curved vein rotor which have left and right sides.
I think Audi maybe did this for simplicity. So they can be mounted on either side.
In short the cooling veins on your rotors are normal for OE S6/S7 rotors.

Also, forgot to post, the dealer had to add in two more parts ... the wear sensors for the brake pads.

Two weeks out ... enjoying the new brakes. No dust on the wheels, great stopping power (unfortunately tested on I-95 today when some clown cut me off without putting on his signal), no squeaking, awesome look with the slotted rotors.
