Audi Meet at USFRA World of Speed (Bonneville Salt Flats)
Event September 17-20, Meet Sept 19, 2008

Look for the Audi Club North America banner under white EZ-Ups in the Pit area.
Come early Friday if you are planning to make 130 Club runs. You will need to register and go through Tech Inspection. You have to make TWO runs over 130 mph to qualify.
Group photo at 5pm. Meet at the Audi Club pit area.
Bring sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, chair, etc.
To get to the Salt Flats - follow Interstate 80 to Exit 4, just east of Wendover, UT. This is 120 miles west of Salt Lake City.
Turn north and follow the five mile paved road to the race gate.

boki is still hoping to make it, ....
not sure if i'll be able to pull it off.
i already made the 130 club, and cannot afford to outfit the car for the 150 club, so it would just be a social visit/camping trip, ... but i'd sure love to be out there again, see you cats, watch you make runs, take pictures and cheer you on, ...

... but camping <b>is</b> allowed on the salty mud flats at the western border of the salt, at "the bend in the road", the access road.
the camping is free, and there are no "rules", aside from obey the law, don't leave trash,
and treat thy neighbor as thyself (i.e. - offer them beer and fireworks).

boki- are you going to be camping? anyone else camping?
i think i might go out and camp friday night and go home saturday. we'll see though, i might just drive home friday night.
