Finally moved to snow tires on the A3 yesterday.

I just put my summers back on the rabbit, mainly for the 'snowcross' but they will stay until snow.

I'd still be driving VWs if Syncros hadn't been so rare.
I only "moved up" to Audi for quattro, to get up the canyon on powder days. 
I've had an 81 Scirocco, a 78 Westfalia, an 88 GTI, several rabbits with various number of doors, and a couple of others that never made it past project status.
I don't currently own a VW, but we've been looking for a semi-clean Karmann Ghia for my girlfriend for a while - she wants her own project now.
