Default Hey found a new type of racing to do with our audis in Nevada

Go to the website openroadracing.com

They have 100 mile plus highway rally races. They have a touring class with the ability to pick the speeds that you want to run. They are on closed highways sanctioned by the Nevada highway commission. It looks like a blast.

Thanks, Clark

Default I've seen that before

One of the Porsche guys I know used to run his C4S in the one outside of Wendover. He said it was an absolute blast.

Sounds like something fun to both particpate in as well as watch....

Default I think it would be fun to try. Start in the lowest speed class. I was looking at

the winning times for some of the classes. There were only off by seconds.

Thanks, Clark

Default Reggie: The Enzo was doing 200 mph. That why I plan to do a slow class and stay in a slow class

I try to minimize risk but still have fun. From the website, they want you to drive the route at legal speeds to learn the problem areas.

thanks, Clark

Default That was the Utah Fast Pass, similar style event. Happened near Delta, UT

Crashed at over 190mph on a section of road the cops told them to keep slow on.
