Looking for a new mechanic shop in northern Utah

I've owned my first Audi(B6 A4 3.0) for about two weeks now and have already discovered the need for a good Indy shop. I've gone to Alex's Autohaus in Midvale but came to the conclusion that my business needs to go elsewhere. Alex is a honest and knowledgable guy but his staff made some mistakes that have cost me too much time and energy (they are covering the costs). So I'm in the market for another mechanic that is along the wasatch front. I value good customer service, the highest competency, and best value for my money. A business that offers loaner cars is also a big plus! I'm not interested in tuning my car but if specialty shops do good regular work I'm open to their recommendation. The shop must have VAG-COM! I've heard good things about Alpine Foreign Repair, excluding their record keeping method, and many people rave about Streamline though I don't know if they do regular work. I'm a college student so a fair price is important. If anyone would provide input as to which shop best meets the above criteria I'd really appreciate it.

One more thing...

I have some rust under the paint on my right rear fender (just above the wheel). What's a good body shop that will make my Audi look like new for years to come?
