S8 Love

I'm lucky to have a couple of great cars. This morning, when running out to get a coffee, I was reminded of how much I love our 2001 S8. Feels so light and quick, looks great, handles great, great...

Having been down the same path earlier this year,....

I too was looking for something to replace our 2000 A8.

Thought RS6, S6 Avant, D2 S8.

RS6 is a screamer, but way too fragile.
When things go wrong, it's financially ahocking.

S6 avant I...

Back! With an S8.

After an extremely unfortunate rendevous between our 2000 A8 and the concrete divider wall on the Bruckner (Bronx, NY), six weeks later we replaced her with her naughtier, younger cousin: A 2001 S8. ...

S8 resale predictions?

I've got about 100,000 miles on my 2000 A8, and toying with the idea of either trading in on a pre owned RS6 (which are down to the low 40s), or holding out for an S8 in a couple of years. It makes...

I've got it at TyrolSport now

Mike there knows his stuff. he did the major service, the flange seal replacement and the tranny fluid change. but even he said, "it's a major, multi-thousand dollar job. all to replace a $3 part."
