I tried to RTFM on this but all it says is that there is a holder for a pen and a pad of paper on the glove box lid.

Is this for a special pad of paper and a pen? It looks very specific. Just curious as I feel like I am missing something that goes there.

I used to think it was to hold my iPod but the cord is a little short for that, it does reach though?

I don't think there is a specific purpose for it. it's just supposed to be another compartment to put whatever you want in it lol

I understand there is a portion that appears to be for something general in nature, but the part seems specific. maybe this picture will help.

Ah I get it now. The paper goes underneath that clip.

Seems obvious now. Sure wish Audi would have populated that with an Audi branded pen and pad.

ahhh i see which part your talking about now haha. never even noticed there was a bit there for the paper/pen!
