I just pickup my new 2015 Q7 at great deal. I have 13 S4 that I was able to encode VIM using VAG.

Does anyone know if 15 Q7 can use the same hack?

VIM = Video in Motion. It allows you to display dvd or video while car is driving.

warning.. dangerous for driver... but somewhat useful for passenger. Also, if you have Video files on SD card, you can play music video.

Music Video ... You can grab them from youtube.

THe SD Card Video support wide range of Video format: Xvid, mpeg, divx, mp4 video.. etc...

got VIM done.. now I am going to do more coding on the car, like Needle sweep, Disable NAV & Phone warning messages while entering data at speed...etc...

I got vag cable.. they are not really that hard ... just need to be very careful.
