Default ■ I need help for 08 Q7 emergency■

So

Im trying to pull the trim out from MMI section for wraping and this stupid connector driving me nuts.

Does anybody knows what type of connector is this and how to pull this out from the button?

I tried everything but still cant figure it out how !!!

Its power cable for the 08 Q7 3.0TDI Start and Stop button.

Idk y Audi put this connector but one thing i know is they r s as f

Plz save me guys

I spent 3 hours to try to take this **** out.

Default I had a similar issue once..

In the attached image it looks to me like you need to push on the underside of the connector to release the catch. This is just a guess but it looks very much like the one i encountered. it is counter intuitive as it is on the underside that is hard to get with your fingers but a screwdriver blade works great you need to push in the direction of the arrow ... good luck

i tried for about an hour with long nose and it didn't work that way lol thats y u see the gap there lol
There was no gap there at the first place =(

I did mine today it was a pain also but it just ended up sliding out I didn't see any clips.

i just pulled out too lol and my finger got cut but still im freekin happy lol

There was no locks just sliding it out but i still dont know y it didnt come out smoothly

What's the reasoning to why your have the entire dash apart? I posted my issue tonight on mine I hope it doesn't comeback down to whatever your doing lol
