Four way lumbar support?
My A4 S-line touts four way lumbar support. The round switch on the side of the seat only works two ways. Press it rearward and the lumbar support in the base of the back of the seat recesses. Press the switch forward and the lumbar support extends forward into my lower back. Pressing the switch upwards or downwards does nothing.
How is this called four way? What am I missing?

I have the lumbar support.
Try adjusting the lumbar support forward and then up down and also all the way back and up down..... if you don't feel the difference I think you may have a broken seat. I can feel the 4 way in my front seats.

Thank you, you are correct. If the support is extended then it will move up or down. It's very subtle and you have to keep the button depressed for more than a few seconds to feel the difference. Lol, another feature I could do without.
