I need to submit proof to my insurance that my A4 Prestige has an alarm but I cannot find any official documentation to show them. Does anyone know where I can find this so that I can submit it?

The only information I see publicly posted is that the vehicle is equipped with an Immobilizer. As that is primarily designed to keep the engine from being started after unauthorized entry, I would imagine that should suffice.

The immobilizer is different from the alarm. I found it in the convince package for the Premium trim but my Prestige doesn't list it even though it has it

Prestige/P+ includes the convenience package as standard, so not listed as an option. Is it not on your window sticker? On mine it is rolled up under the Premium Plus package.

Take a picture of the alarm's blinking red light on the driver's door and send it to them.

Call Audi Customer Service...

If anything they can just provide you with some kind of documentation.

Don't the insurance just pull up all the information via the VIN number? My insurance just wanted my car's VIN.

It says "Alarm System" under the Prestige package.
