Steering Wheel feels stiff
I purchased a used 2017 CPO Q7 on 4/29/17 and drove it home. I noticed that the steering wheel is no where near as smooth as my 2014 SQ5. I test drove the Q7s a year ago, so I don't remember if the steering wheel is this stiff. When turning, it feels like a regular power steering wheel, such as a Honda civic or Toyota Camry's steering. Is this normal?
Thanks.
Thanks.

The steering , as with other parts of the vehicle, change depending on the mode setting. As the setting options for individual mode indicates.
Sorry they are upside down. They look fine on my iPad. Thank you Apple.

It may make it feel stiffer as it's trying to steer for you and may be "fighting" you. Try turning it off and see if that helps. The button is on the end of the turn signal lever, in case you weren't sure.

It does as it's trying to steer the car but shouldn't be operating below 40mph. Does it feel okay when parking etc?
BTW - upside down photos occur on apple devices when you take the photo with the home button on the left side
