Default How to program windows down - with a key remote

A4 B9 built Jannuary 2016 and in my hands since November 2016.
Just got back from the audi service wanted to do early oil change @ 7500, they told me can't do and prefer to keep the 15K interval what audi is paying for. Or it would cost me about 220 bucks +...
BTW I asked them to show me how to lower/raise the windows with the keyfob, and they could not do it neither.
With the actual key they could raise the windows but no lower it.
Right beside was one Q3 and functions both way (thats OK it is a newer built).
They told me this is probably do to a VagCom functions out of audi reach, it is the a third party VC function and some "third partie companies" may be able to reprogram the key functions for me.
I sold my 5 years old VC cable when I've got the car assuming won't be compatible, I've got a OBD11 instead still in the bag.

Anybody can help me out with a lead how to test or eventually reprogram as well so I can open the windows with the remote?

Also, what I have noticed I didn't had before:
- in the service they tried in front of me the hardware key to open (unsuccessfully) and close the windows with open/lock, and since I was driving home the display shows now I have open door. I checked and slam all the doors still shows on the screen.

A buddy at work got obd11 Pull yours out of the bag. I believe windows on key fob is one of the functions it'll do. Looks like a nice interface.

Check the "car" settings. There is an option to enable the "comfort" window/sunroof. If that doesn't work, you will have to get a VAG tool like VCDS, OBDEleven or Carista to add the feature to the car's MMI software.

Not just this but all my forums are set per page, every page have a certain number of posts and next next page starts from #1 again, as like page 14 in example starts with post/reply #1. Got used to this on my PC browsing, not browsing on cell phone and not using anything like tapatalk...so Im stuck.

Edit:
I don't see anywhere I can set the posts #'s to lead incrementally....

OK, I found it, not really logical but cool...

And, btw that was my question there https://www.audiworld.com/forums/a4-...2898879/page2/, the answers doesn't apply, this was a reason I made a new thread, somebody else may have a good use for it as well. Still not warming up yet here in Toronto area but once the heat hits the cars we will be all over the place here on the same subject.

I used to have this feature on my b5 A4, it was not on my b8 A4 and I had it programmed when I had the tpms added with vag com. I think I used it once...

Now on the b9 you can turn this feature on or off in the car menu of the MMI.

In my MMI I have no comfort menu, and that software version may be the very first version something like 0061.
I have asked audi to update the software two times they told me no updates available unless a major complain.
I see that will be my next

It should be under Menu>Vehicle>Left Control Button> Vehicle Settings>Central Locking> Long Press to Open Windows.

At least on US Spec cars.
