Is reverse dipping mirror available on a 2016 a3 without the folding mirror option?

I don't know for sure, but you do have to have the mirror control set to the mirror you want to dip.

yes it is. I have a 2016 A3 premium + and was able to do this via OBDeleven or VCDS.

I had to set it with Carista. Was not an option out of the factory. Interestingly, after I added the $159 backup camera, it stopped working for me.

My 2015 A3 Premium Plus Cab could do this. Just followed instructions. Nothing else necessary.

Thank you. I bought a carista on amazon and had it activated. Took 5 min.
