So just made the purchased last week, the car is in Daytona grey with magma interior. the options include: Carbon atlas inlays, red brake calipers, rear differential, and the damping suspension(skipped the dynamic steering, hope i wont regret it). My only question is does anyone know the wait time for the car to be shipped from the port of halifax to the dealership (I live in Ottawa,Ontario) the suspense is killing me.

It will probably just take less than a week for it to travel between Halifax and Ottawa. Did the dealership confirm that that car you purchased is already at Halifax?

yeah they told me last week that the car is in the port of halifax. I called just a few minutes ago and my sales person told me it will take around a month for the car to arrive in the dealership, which i find strange because Halifax is about a 14 hour drive from Ottawa.

Your sales person probably does not know where Halifax is located. Anyway, when the car arrives at Halifax, it may spend a day or two being unloaded from the boat, get port-installed stuff done, and loading on a train to the final destination. It does not take long for the train ride. As you mentioned, it only takes 14 hours by car between Ottawa and Halifax. Train would be faster. Once it gets to Ottawa, it should not take your dealer more than 4 business days to receive it and run it through the PDI process.

The only thing that could delay it from leaving the Port of Halifax is when Audi puts a hold on the deliveries for some reason such as addressing critical recalls.
