Default What's this doofor for?

Hi, my first post on here (and I'll probably be told to read the manual) but I can't see it mentioned. Can anyone advise what the little circular catch in front of the backrest release lever is for (A4 Avant, 2017)

It's a shopping bag hook.. well useful, stops your goods from flying everywhere when you hammer it round corners on the way back from the shops!

Should have bought six of the cargo trunk boxes. Oh wait, that would have needed a second mortgage

Nah, I'm going the WeatherTech route instead.

That's interesting. Thankfully I don't need to carry a lot of tall plants around

Those grocery hooks are pretty worthless. They fold down to 90 degrees and really don't hold the bag well. I had them on other cars and they didn't fold open and actually work. Very poor design in my opinion.

Does Weathertech offer a floor liner other than the hard plastic?
