Default Price check aisle #.... 2014 A8L 3.0T CPO $38,000

I have been shopping for an A8L for several months now and I think I have found one that meets my needs.

Certified 2014 A8L 3.0T
53,901 miles
Exterior: Havanna Black
Interior: Nougat Brown
Cold weather package, Drivers assistance package, Camera package, Full LED headlights, Panorama sunroof package, New tires

The dealership is asking $38,000. The car was put up for sale 62 days ago originally at $39,000 and has only dropped $1,000 over that time.

My question, does this price seem reasonable? Any suggestions on what I should open my offer out at and then have a walk away price?

Thanks

Jim

Originally I wanted at 2014 A8L TDI but those things are diamond encrusted unicorns with the Gen II 3.0 Dieselgate $$. People are buying as many on speculation hoping for a buyback. Even the repair money is decent.

38k for 2014 3.0t is way too much this car needs to have 30k miles for that price

3.0t are not holding up well for that price u should be getting 4.0t

40k miles but only 24 months max from when it hit 50K. Most 2014s below 50k will have 2.5 years left.

My 14 CPO was 33,7 but I do not have LED or drivers assist. Just the pano and cold weather. 54k miles. 2 years or 100k miles whatever comes first for the warranty. The CPO is also transferable once for a fee. 36 - 38 is what I would aim for.

How much discount would you think a CPO buyer should ask for? $1 to $2K?
