Battery is fully charged.Time, date and mileage turn on on cluster panel.Interior light turn on and radio turns on.Was wondering that maybe a relay or fuse for ignition switch,if so where is it located?

Whats the resting voltage? A Dead battery cant be fully charged, sounds like the only stuff working is the stuff that dont require much power at all.

Did you recode the vehicle and tell it you installed a new battery? The vehicle wont charge the battery to full if you did not do a proper adaption; AutoZone cannot do this. Battery Replacement - Ross-Tech Wiki

Use the jumpstart posts under the hood and see if it'll jump.

But the new battery was installed 4 months ago and didn't have any issues.

The voltage regulator treats the battery differently as it ages, if you dont tell it you put a new battery in it will never fully charge it.. as it would overcharge an old battery.. so for the last 4 months its been undercharging this, and it'd just get worse over time.. this could damage the battery to the point it wont start your vehicle.

Dont own some jumper cables?
