Default TT-RS coming

Hello all. First post in the forums. TT-RS with several "exclusive" options coming. I have read in these forums that is possible to track the car with the commission number. Can anyone tell me how to do this? Thank you!

I'll join you.

There are a couple of folks who have access to the system - at least in the USA. Most forums have a post called "Order Status", which gets the attention of those in the know.

I ordered 9/14... COMM# QC2103 ...I'm interested to see if it is in the system yet... But... it looks like it is "Order Waitlist"... I haven't figured out what ordered vs. wait listed vs. allocation is all about.

Firstly, welcome to the forum, this is a great source of information.

Secondly, tracking your order (especially in North America) is not an easy process.

This thread will help:

Your dealership has access to the same system you are hoping a good Samaritan on the forums will access for you.
Why do you accept that your dealership will not give you timely updates?
It takes a Sales Manager 30 seconds to do this for you, if they can't do that, where will they be when you really need them?

Default Thanks!

Thank you for the welcome everyone! Much appreciated. I had hoped maybe there was some online system that I could access on my own and track the progress, but it sounds like that isn't the case...at least in the US. It would be nice if Audi would do that!

Welcome Jennifer and congratulations on your order!

Yes, It certainly would be nice if Audi afforded easy self-tracking as many other manufacturers do. In fact it was easier for me to track my 2011 than it was my 2016, but even then required some deductive logic and luck. As others have cited your sales rep/manager can easily do it, although alas it may take some persistence and perseverance on your part.

Anyway, you made a great choice and it will all be worth it in the end!

btw: excellent review while you're waiting:

I enjoyed watching this review of the RS. Although I'm content with the lower power level in my car, the thought of 400 HP in the RS makes me tingle all over!

Indeed. Although my TTS is already more powerful than I need, and upgrading would be silly economics, I too can't help some 5-cylinder envy.
