Ok second owner A1 2011 model went back for recall a in 2013 replaced mechatronic unit ,now 2017 and mechatronic unit has failed agian confirmed by mechanic will audi australia rlace this unit again foc if not why not ,car is ging to audi parramatta monday morning for evaluation all help required please.

i am second owner too of a 2011 A1, on mid July the car didn't start anymore, I scanned it and saw sensor issues related to the transmission unit.
Took it to the dealer and they said the issue was the complete mechatronic unit... OK, I payed.... around U$1600

Now, 1.5 months later, the car failed in the middle of the highway, I managed to pull over before it was COMPLETELY BLOCKED. not even in N i can push or move....

Until today, no news from the dealer, they only said to me "we are trying to make this free of charge" ... stop the bull****, this sounds to me like they ****ed up and don't want a complain, which I will send to Audi Germany offices... is not fair, how can they do such a bad work and still done get the responsibility for it?

This sucks, I am not buying another audi...
