2005 A6 4.2 Cylinder 1, 2, 3 misfires
After replacing both left and right Engine mounts... I started getting multiple misfires for cylinder 1, 2, 3.
Spark plugs were done in February, I installed all new Coil packs to see if the issue would be fixed and 2 new rear oxygen sensors, still the same. Car idles rough at idle and check engine light stays on and also flashes. VAG-COM only showes the same misfires under "Engine". I also seafoamed the crankcase, manifold, and my gas tank to see if it was carbon build up or clogged injector but 2 days later still misfiring same cylinders.
Anyone have a clue or encounter the same problems?

So last night I ended up changing all 4 spark plugs in bank one with same NGK Platinum spark plugs but new ones and performed an oil change with new oil filter.
Drove around for a bit last night, the check engine light was flashing instead of staying on and then it stopped flashing and turned off. Then after about 5-10 mins of driving it started to flash again. I started the car again this morning and received the same same check engine flashing and now also stays solid. I ran vagcom and these are what came up today:

Thanks Kike, any idea on how I would go about checking the high pressure pump? Are you referring to the high pressure fuel pump?

I would also check your Camshaft Position Sensors. I had some of your same symptoms recently with a misfire on plug #3. I also had two codes for the CPS. I had to replace the plug and both exhaust side CPS's. It's worth a look.

I cleaned out the throttle body the other day and stumbled upon a hose that's looks loose? at the rear of the motor. Can anyone tell me if this is normal?

Haven't did much yet, but I noticed this sound coming from throttle body, maybe manifold? But to me sounds more like throttle body. It's a thump noise that thumps like 1 or 2 times every couple of seconds. Is anyone familiar with this sound?
