Hello guy,

I have an 2014 Audi Q5 premium plus 2.0. It was rear ended, and the bumper messed up. I have replaced the bumper & verified that the 4 backup sensor on the rear spoiler is working. However, the camera seems to be disable. The system doesn't show any reaction when I shift to reverse (no blank or other color screen). I'm new to Audi. Can any veteran give me some troubleshooting step please?

I would first off get a VAG-COM cable and scan the car to see if there is any codes related to your issue. It might just point you into the right direction.
