I have a 2017 SQ5, and my google earth stopped working a few days ago, sys it's downloading, and asks if I want to use standard view, and I push no, comes back saying again downloading please wait....must be the longest download ever, guess I will have to bring back to my dealer and have them put some patch in to fix.....frustrating!

just in case you didn't see my reply in the C7 forum - known issue with Audi Connect; it's affecting everyone across the majority of models starting 2012 and on.

Should be resolved as of yesterday. If it's still not working, try restarting the MMI. Mine was stuck in an error loop, but after restarting it, everything was fine again.

Actually, went to settings on nav and scrolled to view, this time it showed both standard and also allowed me to hit google earth, when I did hit GE it was fixed

I have tried this 3 times and mine still won’t come back. Keeps telling me not enough data storage!?

I'm not sure if your problem is the amount of data you can use, or an Audi connect issue, or may require a patch...there are much more knowledgeable people here who may be able to direct you....sorry
