Default "Audi Drive Select " problem

Got my A5 SB a couple of days but realized I cannot go to Select option screen in " Individual " mode. Press "Individual mode" but nothing happen. Really frustrated and anyone experienced same problem as mine ?? Thanks

Are you clicking the button just to the right of the MMI ****? Clicking the MMI **** selects the Individual mode, but to customize it you need to press the Right Control button next to the MMI ****.

It’s a bit confusing until you get used to to side tabs on the MMI. Just look it up INDIVIDUAL mode in the instruction manual, it’s well written.

Yes, that should have done it. Sorry but I think you need to take 'er in for service.

Does your Right Select Button work in other MMI screens? If not the button is likely bad. I had that in one of my Audi loaner cars when mine was in for maintenance.

Have you tried using the right joystick function on the MMI Control ****? It does the same thing as the Right Control Button.

sadly to say the right select button works fine in other MMI screen, thats why I cannot locate its a matter of hard or software problem in my only one week old A5 SB

Just back to dealer and the workshop manger told me there are several slot of A5 with same problem and waiting GERMAN AUDI to solve the problem!!!! WTF !!!!

Dear fellows , please check the function before you getting the new car
