Default Am I too simplistic here?

Estimating the cost of RS5 through the Canadian site.
SO as of today the exchange rate of 100,000 CDN = $80,800 US
Assuming (maybe wrong) the US cars will have the identical packages and options?
Also assuming that the prices of those packages options are "1 for 1" in USD? As in $ 5600 CDN for the Carbon Fiber package would = ~ $ 4500 USD

So configuring the car in Canadian $ = 98,800 or $ 79,527 USD- SOLD!
But the head up display is $1100 CDN option that I didn't add an would but whatever.

Is that to simplistic of a price assumption? Would the US cars be a different pricing structure (Up or down)? Exchange rate differences?

I think you may be setting yourself up for a let down. I got an S5 SB and according to the Canadian configuration the USD price should be 60790. MSRP on my car was 68,350.

Yeah, doesn't work that way. Probably closer to $89k USD.

I think (Hoping) I can get the two options I want- the Driver assist and the carbon optic pack for 85k- probably reasonable.
