Default FYI...I found this interesting.

Read this last night in the new HRM, they sound too good to be true...just throwing this out there.

Interesting! I will add them to my choices of tires for when my car will be ready for a new set. From now 'till then though, I'll have time to read some of there eventual reviews, I guess.

Looks like a nice tread design with excellent tread wear; if the tire is quiet and has some wet weather capability it could be an excellent tire.

Yeah, sounds like the best of both worlds...traction and long life.

My experience with the General UHP (previous generation tire) was quite positive. They had decent grip in all situations, but loud after they wear a bit.. Ran them on a Porsche 944 Turbo that was putting out close to 300HP.

For a little bit more money, I would go for the Continental ExtremeContact DW, if given the option.
