love the car, hate the tires

I am buying a 2018 A7 this weekend. I hate run-flat tires (RFTs). I have them on my current vehicle, a Honda Odyssey. Can I safely replace the RFTs on the Q7 with regular tires? I've heard it can cause the on-board computer to go crazy and send a lot of error messages leading to costly visits to the dealership.

So, which is it an A7 or a Q7?

The OBC really doesn't know if the tires are run flat or not. It is possible to replace them, just be sure to use the same size.

The Q ship is a vastly different car from an A7, in suspension, ride, handling, geometry. And especially in owner driving demands or lack thereof. After you discern what auto and tires you have, I suggest you post in the appropriate forum.
