I got a nail in the shoulder of my 2013 Q5 tire with 25K miles on them. I'm being told it can't be plugged & if I replace the one tire I need to replace all 4. Is that true & if so what should I put on recognizing the limited usage of the vehicle

Depending where the nail is, than it’s probably best to replace the tire. As far as replacing all 4, that’s not necessary unless they are bald/worn and they have to replaced. If anything replace two tires.

If we stock the matching tire, I can shave a new one down to match the tread depth of the damaged tire for $ 30..... feel free to call in !
