RS3 Phantom

I ordered my 2018 RS3 back in October of 2017 and the car in now sitting at the Port of Benicia .with a hold sale order! In total two 2018 RS3's one 2018 TTRS and two Audi R8 V10 Pluse Spider. My local dealer has no idea why? Does anyone know why?

Its not a hold sale, its port hold. If you find a RS3 at a dealer, they will sell it. My car has been at Benicia since December. Ordered July 2017. My dealer has 15 RS3's, 6 TTRS at port. And as mentioned, there's a long going discussion on this. Which dealer btw?

Right. Why would a European Law that bans pops and crackles from the exhaust effect anything over here in the USA? Unless it was already loud enough to be illegal here?
