This doesn't surprise me...the car does a lot of weird stuff on it's own...and then it doesn't.

I think J.D. Powers is the most suspect when it comes to their rankings. A for-profit business that makes money on selling data and services to car makers and other industries. Just how good is that separation between research and sales?
