Is it possible to re-map buttons in the MMI?
I did not buy the navigation package on my 2018 A5 SB, I am utilizing Android Auto's map application for that.
I would love to be able to re-map the navigation button (the switch that goes up for nav and down for telephone) to select Android Auto instead.
Is this possible? I know with Mazda, their interface is open-source javascript and they allow you to "hack" it.
Thanks,
Duhg

Would be great if the programable “star” button could be programmed to open android auto or car play.
Hitting menu and then wheel scrolling to AA is a bit too much eyes off the road.

I set up my phone so that just plugging it in causes AA to start up. But if I use the MMI for something else (like switching from Media to Radio) it will take AA off the main screen. So as not to take my eyes off the road, I've just learned to hit the menu button, scroll the wheel in one direction for a full turn, then turn the other way one click and push. That brings back the AA without having to look.
