I read another review that called the A5 coupe "Europe's version of the V6 Mustang".

The Motor Trend review was not the most flattering opinion that I've read on the RS5.

yes, and the article just sort of abruptly ended without them giving a final opinion. I don't think a $80k "camaro" is what Audi was looking for. Will provide a review on mine after i get past the break-in period.

I can see out of mine and I don't think any of the people constantly staring at it thinks it's a pony car...

The RS5 in any form was built to be a GT. These guys want it to be a track rat. It's not. Nor will 97% of owners take them anywhere near a track. They'll be in bumper to bumper traffic going to work, the gym and then home. Audi has done a nice job of understanding its customers.

Agreed. I'm part of that 97% you refer to. Well, except the gym part.

Fantastic read. These guys get it. The majority of folks will not be driving there 80k+ premium sport coupes on a race track. C&D and MotorTrend complain how 'feel' and 'balance'. All a load blasphemy because they'll never go anywhere near their limits.
