My new car got scratches
Just over 1,000miles Q7 and then got scratches on side while my wife was parking at garage. I regret I didn’t purchase dent/scratch warranty. Yes! This is family car so hard to maintain without scratch/dent. However I’m wondering there is a way to easy fix this type of scratch.
Exterior color is night black, first I tried compound but it doesn’t work at all.
Any advice how to deal with this?
upper side is minor.
quite deep and long scratch, un fortunately plastic got scratches, too.

If it is paint try some denatured alcohol or acetate. That will remove the paint without damage to your car. That has worked for me. Just start with a clean cloth in a little area just in case.
Then use some compound, polish and wax. It won't remove the scratch but will soften the look.. They have a wax for black cars which will work on your dark blue. I have the ink blue color.
You could try those paint and clear pens. But it is no substitute for getting them fired professionally.
Good luck and keep us posted...Hope this is helpful.

If you're concerned about the final appearance, that's a body shop repair.

Do not use those stupid pens.
All scratches fall in one of 3 categories
-clear coat scratch (if you pour water on it and it disappears for a second it's a clear coat scratch). Tape around it, sand it down with fine abrasive until scratch is gone, then compound and buff out the haze from sanding)
-paint scratch. These are rare, this is where a pen might help but frankly you're better off going to a body shop
-metal scratch. It went through clearcoat/paint/primer and is on the metal. body shop

Thank you for all the feedbacks!
I already removed paint so all scratches are not paint.
I’m contacting few bodyshops specialized dent/scratch on Yelp. I’m contacting dealership as well to see they can fix this by themselves, with good price for jus lt +1000 miles car.
Hopefully I update photos after fix this.

Oh man, so sorry to see this happen to you. One huge benefit of getting night black is that the corrections will blend nicely, so that's one positive.
BMW sold various size of touch up paints, from small nailpolish type to small containers, so I hope Audi does the same thing. Please make sure the bodyshops use OEM paint, if necessary order and bring it to them to ensure best possible match.
Good luck, I'm sure it will be OK as long as there is no dent on the panels.
